peopled by snooty and snobbish mean girls, think again. Pageants are actually
opportunities to forge lifetime friendships.

These beauty competitions have a
way of bringing girls together and after hours or days of rehearsals, they
simply become close not only because of the grueling and punishing schedules
but also because most of these girls share the same interests.
With an ally and
a buddy to back you up, there is no way that a contestant would not enjoy the
whole pageant experience. Whether it’s for show or for real, these pageant
friendships have a way of honing the girls’ interpersonal skills and a way of
knowing one another’s culture or place.
In the case of Miss Silka Bohol Marian
Grace Malubay, she has forged ties with the two girls from Davao, Ohnie Claros Miss
Davao & Princess Faye Fernandez Miss Tagum Davao Province. Their circle also
includes Bianca Wilhelmina Willemsen Miss Cebu
Expect these girls to be rooting for one another in tonight's Miss Silka Philippines 2014 Grand Finale!
