Philippine Airlines launches its direct flight flights from Cebu to Singapore on December 16!

PAL Senior Assistant VP Philippine Sales Harry Inoferio & PAL VP for Sales Ryan Uy made the announcement at a presscon at Radisson Blu Hotel, Cebu City.

The Cebu hub will now make it possible for passengers from the rest of the Visayas and Mindanao to fly directly to Singapore onboard Philippine Airlines’ 199-seater A321’s without having to fly to Manila

The four times weekly flight - Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday - via PR517, departs Cebu at 10 p.m.and arrives in Singapore at 1:45 a.m. the following day.

The return flight via PR518 will operate four times a week - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday - leaving Singapore at 2:45 p.m and arriving in Cebu at 6:40 p.m., Inoferio said.

The Singapore flight will be the sixth intentional flight out of Cebu that includes Los Angeles, Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka and Incheon, Inoferio said.

During the same press conference attended by media representatives & lifestyle bloggers from key cities all over the Visayas and Mindanao, PAL also announced the launch of daily Cebu-Caticlan-Clark flights also on December 16.

The Cebu -Caticlan and Cebu- Clark via Caticlan operations bring to ten the total number of PAL domestic connections from Cebu, which include Bacolod, Iloilo, Kalibo, Tacloban, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Davao and Manila.
