Comprising Central Visayas Region (VII) are the provinces of Bohol, along with Cebu, Negros Oriental and Siquijor provinces as well as the highly- urbanized Cebu City, Mandaue City and Lapulapu City, Negros Oriental's component cities of Bais, Bayawan, Canlaon, 

Dumaguete, Guihulngan and Tanjay. Also included are Cebu's component cities of Bogo, Carcar, Danao, Naga, Talisay and Toledo. Finally, Bohol's capital city of Tagbilaran
