City outshone 14 ladies who vied in the most prestigious and longest running
beauty competition in Bohol.
The 5’7” stunner scooped almost all the special awards before she pipped Panglao’s Catherine Tabaniag into second place for the title of Miss Bohol 2019.

Aside from the title of Miss Bohol
2019, Celina was also named Miss Talent, Darling of the Crowd, Best in
Swimsuit, Best in Interview & Best in Evening Gown.
