Rey Ramon Sarmiento Inting or simply Rey is one of 38 candidates slugging it out for a city council seat on May 9.
He easily stands out with his tall stature, debonaire looks and self- assuredness. But there's more to him than meets the eye.

As the election campaign period wrapped up, Rey acknowledges how empowering and educational it had been to him. The visits, the hectic schedules, the long nights, the meetings with strategists and partymates, all these will now be a blur of memories but he is grateful for the life lessons learned during the past two months, for the chance to be heard and for being a part of this democratic process.
Whatever the outcome, he leaves everything to destiny, to fellow Tagbilaranons and to destiny.
