Remy Vitug: Not Just Another Beauche Success Story

During the 4th Annual Beauche National Sales Assembly that was held at the Solaire Resort & Casino last December 14, 2013, I was able to make friends with Glenn & Remy Vitug, a very nice and very good- looking couple from Paranaque & Pampanga
Glenn & Remy Vitug with their kids Gaby & Ginger
Barely three years after Remy joined as Beauche Sales Dealer & Distributor, she was selected as recipient of the 2013 CEO Award for Excellence. The award is given not only to salute & recognize the awardee’s exceptional influence and commitment but also as Beauche’s way of expressing its gratitude  for supporting & helping in the advocacy of the beauty & wellness company to inspire & motivate other  dealers to become successful enterpreneurs

A visibly emotional Remy Vitug received her award from the company founders & chief executive officers Conchita “Che” Toribio De Los Reyes & Sir Francisco “Kiko” De Los Reyes

Che Toribio De Los Reyes is of course the dynamic lady founder & CEO of Beauche who with her entrepreneurial spirit & determination in life has made Beauche International one of the fastest growing & most stable companies in the beauty & wellness market

I was so moved and inspired with Remy’s triumph that night which she shared with very proud husband Glenn

Here’s  Remy Vitug’s inspiring Beauche success story:
Glenn & I are both accountants. We are now based in Paranaque but I was born & raised in San Fernando, Pampanga. We have two girls namely; Gaby, 8 years old and Ginger, 5 years old.
Due to overwhelming pressure in the nature of our profession, we were so eager to try our luck abroad but no luck. You see, It was only me who really wanted to make the move. Glenn really believed that there's a lot of opportunities here in our country.
Out of desperation, I really prayed to God to open other opportunies for us and it happened so fast. It all started back in summer of 2010 po I saw the skin of my best friend and asked her what she did she  and what was she using? She answered me with a question "maganda ba?" then she revealed that she was using Beauche.
Without hesitation, I asked her to purchase the product for me even if I wasn’t that familiar with Beauche. the product.
The best- selling Beauche Beauty Bar

When I started using the product, true enough I was really happy with the results. I was so happy with the results that I googled the product and saw its marketing scheme which made me more interested about the product & the company

I immediately suggested to my best friend that she should include the product in her online selling business since she was selling accessories online back then and answered me "nahihiya ako eh, pag nakita ng mga friends ko aasarin ako ng mga yun" then told her if you will not sell it online, I will do it. With that, I believe she realized how interested I am with Beauche, she started selling it online.

What was good with Beauche is, it is really a helping business because eventually my bestfriend asked me to do attend the Business Opportunity Meeting with her. All my questions were answered in that meeting and became more confident to sell beauty product though I am not a dermatologist.
With its FDA approval and Halal certification and backed with my product knowledge, I was so determined to share the product and my experience. It was August 2010 when I started sharing it with my family & friends and the demand really increased.

Finally, by  February 2011, we were able to open our first outlet in Pampanga, the second was on June 2011 at Sucat, Paranaque and it didn’t stop there for  we were able to open an outlet in SM City Pampanga and increase the number of dealers both local and abroad.

The demand is continuously increasing, people just need to experience the product and surely once you try it, you will never use other product.
I really feel blessed to be with Beauche. My prayers have been answered and God has given more than what I was asking.
Ask and you shall receive. The opportunity I prayed for turned out to be more than what I had hoped for. It's not just about the money but all the experiences and the journey itself that brought me more closer to God. To put all my trust in Him and truly, He made all things possible even those that seemed to be impossible to me.
I really feel so blessed to be with Beauche. My prayers were answered more than what I hoped for.
To my Beauche Family especially Mam Che, I can't thank you enough for everything. I hope I could give the same opportunity to others what Beauche had given me.
To Jenny Carlos, I feel so blessed to know you sis I couldn’t have done this without you.

To my bestfriend Ella Manalese whom I love so dearly, thank you for sharing Beauche to us.
To my family thank you so much for all the support and understanding.
May God bless you and your families. I'll be forever grateful to all of you.

So what are you waiting for?

Kyrie & Beloved: Love Found A Way in Dubai

Who would have known that a chance encounter in faraway Dubai would culminate with a solemn yet elegant wedding tomorrow at the UCCP Church along Gallares St. in Tagbilaran City, Bohol?

They first met in Bradford UCCP Cebu where both are actively involved with church related activities.

The lovebirds recalled those days and admitted that sparks never flew and that they were just friends

Fast forward to April 8, 2009 when the bride first set foot in Dubai, a city in the United Arab Emirates where she was to be based for the next four years

On that very same day, just when she was on her first day in a strange land, alone yet optimistic of what the future had in store for her, she bumped into her future groom in a restaurant in the city

Both were thrilled to have met and talked with each other

One thing led to another and before they knew it, they were already deeply and madly in love

Yes folks, love is everywhere and in our couple’s case, it was in the midst of the romantic sandy dunes and the glittering and modern skyline of Dubai where they realized that they were destined to be lifetime partners

THE GROOM:

Kyrie “Dondon” Villaluz is from Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental. He graduated with a BS Mechanical degree from Silliman University in Dumaguete City

He is the son of Mr. Edwin & Mrs. Tessie Villaluz

THE BRIDE:

Beloved Vallente is the daughter of Mr. Ben & Mrs. Kwin Vallente from Tagbnilaran City

Lovelove as she is endearingly called by family and close friends finished with a BS Accountancy degree, Cum Laude, at the University of San Carlos in Cebu City

Victory Parade of Filipina Miss International Winners

HAIL THE NEW QUEEN!

Today, the whole nation rejoiced and gave Bea Rose Santiago a much- deserved victory parade after giving our country our fifth Miss International crown during the pageant’s 54th edition in Tokyo, Japan

The victory parade started at 12 noon in Makati and will wind up at around 4 pm in Araneta Center, Cubao, Quezon City

Here’s a trip down memory lane as we recall the glorious homecoming and victory parades for the country’s first four Miss International winners:

1964 Miss International Gemma Guerrero Cruz

On August 14, 1964, Gemma Guerrero Cruz secured her place in Philippine pageant history books when she became the first Filipina to win an international beauty title.

The statuesque and brainy Gemma Cruz was selected the 1964 Miss International from among 41 other contestants at Long Beach, California, the pageant’s original venue before it moved permanently to Japan.

Chaperoned by her mother, Carmen Guerrero Nakpil, they returned home on Monday, Aug. 24 at 7:02 a.m. on board a PAL DC-8 jetliner-KLM Flying Dutchman operated flight, dubbed as the “Miss International Flight.”

Manila Mayor Antonio J. Villegas led the welcome wishers who proclaimed that day as “Araw ni Gemma.” He and the mayors of Pasay, Parañaque, Caloocan, San Juan and Mandaluyong handed Gemma the symbolic keys to their cities.

A motorcade traveled from the airport to Escolta where a ticker-tape parade awaited Gemma. Later that afternoon, she paid a courtesy call on Pres. and Mrs. Diosdado Macapagal in Malacañang Palace who bestowed her Golden Heart Presidential decoration and was also honored with a formal tea party

Miss International was treated to a ticker-tape parade from the airport to the Escolta, then to Sta. Mesa all the way to her home in San Juan.

The streets were jampacked with over 200,000 Filipinos who gave her a rousing welcome

1970 Miss International Aurora Pijuan

1970 Miss International Aurora Pijuan won over 46 other contestants at the Exposition Hall Fairgrounds, Osaka, Japan on May 16, 1970.

She arrived on Monday, June 8, at 3:40 p.m. on board a PAL flight accompanied by three officials of Japan Beauty Congress, the organizer of the pageant.

From the airport, her motorcade passed through the city’s main thoroughfares up to Malacañang for a courtesy call on Pres. and Mrs. Ferdinand Marcos.

When Pres. Marcos was informed that the Miss International crown with at least a hundred Mikimoto pearls was worth $70,000, he asked Aurora in jest, “Do you think we can mortgage this crown to raise funds for our country?”

1979 Miss International Melanie Marquez

1979 Miss International Melanie Marquez bested over 42 candidates at the Yubin Chokin Hall, Tokyo, on Nov. 12, 1979.

Ten days after her coronation, Melanie arrived on Thursday, Nov. 22, at 12:15 p.m. on board a PAL flight.

With her were her runners-up Miss USA Anna Maria Rapagna, Miss Austria Elizabeth Schmidt, Miss Finland Kate Elizabeth Nyberg and Miss Japan Hideko Haba and pageant organizers.

Thousands of euphoric Filipinos waited for their motorcade from the airport to Ayala, Makati. The presscon was later held in Manila Peninsula Hotel after the ticker-tape parade in Ayala.

The Aranetas hosted a welcome dinner that night in their Bahay na Puti with Hollywood actor George Hamilton, among the guests.

2005 Miss International Precious Lara Quigaman

2005 Miss International Precious Lara Quigaman won over 51 other aspirants in Aichi, Japan, on Sept. 26, 2005. Lara arrived on Monday, Oct. 23, at 1:45 p.m. on board PAL flight 431 from Narita with officials of International Beauty Congress (organizer of Miss International pageant) to cover her homecoming.

After a brief presscon at the airport, Lara made a courtesy call on Pres. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, graced a parade at Ayala, and attended press conferences at Mandarin Hotel and Gateway Mall.

A BREATH OF FRESH AIR AMID A YEAR OF SCANDALS & DEVASTATION

At a time when the Philippines has been rocked by political scandals & devastated by terrorism, super typhoons and an earthquake, the triumph of our Filipina beauty queens in the global stage is welcomed like a breath of fresh air.

May these ladies be a source of inspiration for our countrymen
