For the second straight year, the Miss Bohol girls get to be photographed right at their hometowns or city of origin. This is not only to get to know the girls better but also to showcase and promote their places’ landmarks and tourism potential.

Hazel Marcelo Abrau, a 17 year old senior high- school student is this year’s Miss San Miguel in the province’s most prestigious and longest running beauty competition.

Aside from being an acclaimed dancer in her school, she is also a student leader being the Grade 12 representative in their school’s Supreme Student Government.

The 5’ 4” beauty follows the dainty footsteps of her elder sister Genina Abrau who also represented her town in the Miss Bohol Pageant back in 2014 and as San Miguel & Bohol's bet in the 2016 Miss Philippines Earth national finals in Manila.
