It was exactly how the celebrant wanted her 18^th birthday bash to be celebrated. A low- key and intimate thanksgiving dinner with family and friends yet retaining some of the frills & trimmings of a debut party of course.

Taking the spotlight a week ago was the charming Sofia Hontanosas Inting, the second of three kids of businessman Rey Ramon S. Inting & vivacious Sharon H. Inting.

Sofia, a Grade 11 senior high student  from BWS initially wanted to forego a celebration and instead go for an overseas holiday trip with family to celebrate but at the last minute, she was convinced by close friends and peers to celebrate with an 18^th birthday party. After all, turning 18 is a milestone in a girl’s life.

Her friends and family practically did all the last- minute preparations and seeing the joy and the incessant chatter and banter among the young guests was more than enough to give her special day a thumbs up.

Seen at the celebration were Sofia’s grandparents, Dr. Pura S. Inting, the grand dame of Tagbilaran Community Hospital and Judge Nonoy & Mrs. Esmie Hontanosas. It was so heartwarming to see and reconnect once again with the Inting and Hontanosas families and their friends.

Marking a milestone like the recent 18^th birthday bash of Angelique Kaye “Baday” Lugod, daughter of good friends Gerry Lugod and Karen Betsy Lugod has a way of making people feel a little bit jaded and old. It seemed like only yesterday when Baday was just a precocious baby girl who was full of mischief  and suddenly she has become this lissome lady who is ready to take on the world. At a svelte 5' 6" tall, she just might take an interest in pageantry or modeling. Who knows?

Early this year, Engr. Jes Omac and his wife Mrs. Rinelyn Solon Omac, tendered a thanksgiving dinner for their only daughter Kristin Gayle Solon Omac who turned 18. The older of two siblings is taking her senior high studies major in Science Technology Engineering & Math (STEM) at Cebu Doctors University in preparation of her plans to pursue Medicine for college.

Held at the Sandugo Ballroom of of Bohol Tropics Resort, the celebration which recognized Kristin’s journey from childhood to maturity also highlighted the virtues of family and social responsibility. Also incorporated into the program were the fitting and wearing of a new pair of shoes that symbolized the debutante’s stepping into the new world of a mature and grown woman.

When An Angel Celebrated Her 18th Birthday

The beautiful and gentle Angelica Grace Morizumi celebrated her 18^th birthday surrounded by the people who really matters; her family, friends and relatives.

Her mom Adhel Morizumi made sure that Angel’s milestone and transition from childhood to adulthood would be a fabulous and memorable celebration. From her pre- debut photo & video shoot that had the whole family & crew flying off to Palawan to make sure that the breathtaking & scenic beauty of El Nido would serve as the perfect backdrop.

The debutante who is presently residing in Naganoken, Japan with her parents and siblings is a Grade 11 student and wants to become a nurse and flight attendant in the near future.
