Miss Calape 2017: What You Didn't See at the Photo Shoot

Behind those amazing headshots that reflect the glitz & glamour of beauty pageantry are tons of meticulous preparation, massive doses of patience and the stamina of athletes. For this feature, Your Roving Eye takes you to the municipality of Calape, 41 kilometers from the capital city of Tagbilaran for the photoshoot of Miss Calape 2017.

 and it's a wrap!

GlamTeam, an elite group of Bohol- based hairstylists and make up artists, was commissioned by the Miss Calape 2017 organizers to doll up the ten winsome beauties for their photoshoot and for the grand coronation night.

Here are what you don’t get to see when you view the official glamour photos of the candidates for Miss Calape 2017. These are the scenes that took place before photographer TJ Medrana captured the ladies’ charm and smiles through his camera.

After the photoshoot, the girls underwent an orientation about the pageant and were also briefed on their roles and responsibilities.

It's Christmas at Bohol Bee Farm!

Just over the weekend, we whizzed off to busy busy as a bee , Bohol Bee Farm. The famous organic farm, restaurant and souvenir kiosk was abuzz with activity. Amidst the swarm of tourists & resort staff, Bohol Bee Farm’s Wallace siblings Abdul & Mellanie welcomed us with warm coffee and their delightful ice cream.

The festive and creative Christmas decors all over the place reminded us that the holidays are just around the corner. They really uplifted everyone’s spirits despite the mid afternoon drizzle.
