Baby Deidra Jianna R. Araco Celebrates Her 1st Birthday

Celebrating milestones amidst the pandemic has been quite a challenge especially with stringent safety protocols that have to be in place.

Deidra Jianna R. Araco turned one year old recently and young parents Jade Araco and Deah Angele Raynaldo made sure that their firstborn's natal day would be marked with an intimate and safe celebration.

After all, birthdays are bright rays of sunshine and symbols of hope in a world that is slowly recovering from the ravages of a global health crisis.

Jianna's birthday bash was held at Reyna's Pavillion last April 17 with only the immediate family members and godparents in attendance.

Lola Nating of Duero Turns 99 Years Old

LOLA NATING TURNS 99!  It’s pretty amazing when someone turns 60 or 75 but when one turns a year shy from 100 that is truly a reason to rejoice. 

The nimble nonagenarian was visibly in high spirits and gamely posed for photos with relatives and other party guests

The very talented and versatile TV/ movie actress, stage performer, event host, singer and comedienne threw what was supposed to be a quiet dinner for family and friends

An overwhelming number of friends came to greet Lailette on her very special day

Laiilette and I have been friends since our college days. The blinding klieg lights, the glitter and the excitement of the performing arts beckoned us so naturally, we gravitated towards each other and moved in the same circle

There has been no turning back for Laiilette ever since she caught the eye of ABS CBN's Charo Santos- Concio back in 2000

She was a mainstay of "OkiDokiDok" for several seasons before the top- rating weekly sitcom of Aga Mulach  went off the air due to programming reformatting

Laiilette has been up there and has made her mark in Philippine showbusiness and in fact, is in Direk Maryo J De Los Reyes' inner circle who makes sure that she is cast in his movies and television programs

It was a fun fun fun evening when Leizl Lim Gregorio, General Manager of BCCTV, Bohol's biggest cable TV service provider & holding the position as Nat'l Board Secretary of the Federation of International Cable Television & Telecommunications Ass'n of the Philippines marked her natal day with a Going Green- themed dinner for family and intimate friends.

Consistently named by fashionistas as one of Bohol's most stylish women, the still stunning 40ish Leizl made sure that everyone had a great time during her belated celebration held at the family- owned Villa Soltera, a sprawling estate in Cortes

We helped ourselves to the buffet table that groaned with an array of sumptuous Chinese cuisine. Leizl revealed to us that the food were culled from a family recipe that was handed down by their great- grandma

No one knows exactly when Leizl's annual tradition of having a themed- birthday party started but it has become such a hit that everyone excitedly looks forward to Leizzl's inimitable style of hosting her birthday bashes.

Pandemonium ensued when two very special guests made their grand entrance.

Most of the guests took turns to have a photo opp with the slithery guests.

As for me, No, thank you for I've always had this fear of snakes 

Later on, the party continued at the hottest party place of Tagbilaran, the Atmo Bar in MetroCentre Hotel
