Miss Silka Bohol 2014 Wraps Up Screening of Candidates

THE QUEST HAS BEGUN

The journey towards the Miss Silka Bohol 2014 crown kicked off with the selection of the 15 official candidates after three days of screenings at the Island City Mall.  The beauty search will culminate with the selection of Bohol's candidate in the Miss Silka Philippines 2014 national finals set on November.

The applicants had to hurdle first the preliminary screening conducted behind closed doors. Each applicant had to face the four - member panel of jurors made up of Gio Jabines, Cosmetique Asia Area Sales Manager, Quir Nicole Maghuyop, the reigning Miss Silka Bohol 2013 & Top Ten Finalist in last year’s Miss Silka Philippines national finals, Ritchel Mutia, Senior Marketing Executive of Alturas Group of Companies and Rhoda Lee Ligan, Miss Tagbilaran 2003.

On the third day of screening, the qualified applicants underwent one final hurdle as they faced the jurors and the public in their casual wear and swimwear at the Island City Mall Activity Center.

A REWARDING EXPERIENCE AWAITS:

The next two months leading to the grand finals on September 26, the official candidates will undergo a series of enhancement workshops & training sessions on make up, posing, projection, speech lessons & tips in public speaking.

It will definitely be one enriching learning experience for the girls
