For the second straight year, the Miss Bohol girls get to be photographed right at their hometowns or city of origin. This is not only to get to know the girls better but also to showcase and promote their places’ landmarks and tourism potential.
The historic town of Baclayon continues its tradition of sending beautiful & smart achievers to Bohol’s most prestigious and longest- running beauty competition.

Meet 20 year old Wenna Mae Ali, a Bachelor of Elementary Education degree holder and educator who has impressive academic and extracurricular achievements during her student days.
Graduated Class Valedictorian during her elementary graduation and finished high schoo with high honors. Ms. Ali also received special awards in the fields of Performing Arts, Broadcasting and Supreme Student Government Leadership.
She was Folk Dance Competition champion in both the Philippine Association of State Universities & Colleges (PASUC) provincial and regional levels and represented Central Visayas in the national competition.
Her advocacy for the pageant is to raise awareness on proper waste disposal, information campaign on how to avoid e- coli contamination and to provide proper comfort rooms in Pamilacan Island. Hopefully, this will not only to a healthier community but also a healthier environment.
It has been 23 years since the stunning Noemi Naron- Seno of Baclayon was crowned Miss Bohol 1995. Will Wenna be the next one from Baclayon?
