 Miss Global 2015 is from Australia

Miss Global 2016 officially kicked off with its Press Presentation held at the Crowne Plaza Galeria. Around 40 girls from around the world are competing for the crown.

Miss Global, the four year- old US- based international pageant, distinguishes itself as the search for empowered women, including single mothers, who can serve as ambassadors for beauty, culture and tourism. 

The relatively new US- based international pageant which is on its fourth edition and has already attracted a number of competitive ladies goes beyond just the physical beauty of women. 

The candidates are encouraged to express their individuality with poise, grace, confidence and wit.

 Bohol's sand, sea and sun awaits Miss Global 2016

Henann Resort in Panglao, Bohol will host the preliminary swimsuit competition of the pageant on Sunday, September 18, 8 pm.

Highlights of the swimsuit competition and the girls’ visit in Bohol will be given airtime during the grand coronation night to be held at the Philippine International Convention Center, September 24, to be aired on GMA News TV on October 9, 2016.

DARLING OF THE PRESS WINNERS

The highlight of the press presentation was the selection of Miss Philippines Camille Jensen Hiro as Darling of the Press by the members of the media during the press presentation of the pageant with Miss Australia Caitlyn Henry as first runner up and Ms. Sweden Linnea Johansson 2nd runner up.
