Oua Pepito- Yu Turns Gold

Nelson & Oua Yu
OUA TURNS GOLD The ever gracious Engr. Necie “Oua” Pepito- Yu recently marked her golden year with a Hawaiian luau at the family residence in Dampas this city.

Originally intending to have a simple quiet dinner to celebrate her birthday, husband Nelson Yu, the Vice Mayor of Calape, and their children Neil Orven and Kneesa Noreen along with the prodding of friends and family suggested a thanksgiving get- together because turning gold is indeed a milestone in one’s life

And so that was how I entered the picture one bright Monday afternoon.

We all agreed that for a change, why not hold it at their abode at the suburbs. Why not? What about the theme? Ate Oua said she wanted a Hawaiian luau so we could entertain guests and well- wishers by the pool and the spacious area inside their gated residence

It was fun indeed just sitting down and brainstorming for the details to be incorporated for the party to be celebrated on February 25,2013,her actual birthday.
