Strong winds made it difficult for some of the teams to navigate the treacherous waters thus forcing organizers to move the finals to Dauis town.  Here are more of the action as seen through the lenses of Ric Obedencio

Seen during the awarding ceremonies later in the evening were Panglao Mayor Nila Montero & Vice Mayor Pedro Fuertes who came in straight from the Henann Grand Opening.  Tubigon Mayor Marlon Amila joined his team during the awarding ceremonies. Former Cebu Congressman and now PB of Cebu Hon. Celestino Martinez also came with the dragon boat paddlers from Bogo, Cebu.
