HNU's Joseph & The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat Musical

BROADWAY ADAPTATION

It has been two years since I essayed the dual roles of Potiphar and the Pharaoh in Holy Name University's Joseph and His Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.

The adaptation was the main offering of the Languages & Communication Arts Department for the 2011 University Days of Holy Name University of Tagbilaran City

As an English and Communication Arts faculty member of the the school's College of Arts and Sciences, I was always given the opportunity to be part of the department's annual musical adaptations for three consecutive years

It was an honor and privilege to be a member of the cast that included some of Holy Name University's most talented singers and actors

Topbilling the musical was Raynel Scud Amora, a former member of the Loboc Children's Choir and who was under three of my English classes for BS Nursing students

The three singing divas were Jesat Duce, Alma Golosino and Cielo Cajes

The role of the patriarch Jacob was played to perfection by the ageless Sid Manalo

Directing the show was talented Marianito Luspo, HNU Office of Cultural Affairs Director

Visionary line producer was Ramon Boloron, HNU Languages Department Chair P
