Miss SCUBA Philippines 2014 Crowning Moments

If there is one person who is most happy with the recent victory of Panglao, Bohol’s Amanda Arbitrario in the recently- concluded Miss Scuba Philippines 2014, it would be Your Blogger.

I have seen how Amanda really worked hard to fulfill her childhood dream of becoming a beauty queen. Right after the Miss Panglao 2011 Pageant where she finished as 1st Runner Up, I advised her to pursue her dreams and never ever give up. We kept in touch even after the pageant and up to the time she went to Manila where she won the Miss Caloocan 2014 crown.

Her Miss SCUBA Philippines 2014 title is a well- deserved victory and credit should go to her previous pageant experiences which gave her the ammunition for the big battle which she won convincingly.

To Amanda, the hard work has just begun. Aside from the promise to drum up conservation campaigns to educate and inspire people to do their best in safeguarding the oceans, as well as our diverse marine life, she has to prepare herself for the international finals scheduled exactly two months from now in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia.

Her beauty, engaging personality, confidence &wit would surely be her aces in her mission to bring home the country’s first Miss SCUBA International crown

Here’s Amanda during the proclamation & coronation rites:

Cheers Amanda and Long May You Reign!

Fil- Australian Amanda Arbitrario, 18, of Panglao, Bohol  was crowned Miss Scuba Philippines 2014 after besting a field of 12 finalists during the pageant’s Grand Coronation Night last Friday, September 26, at the the Pacific Cebu Resort in Mactan, Cebu.
