Friendship in the Miss Bohol Pageant

Miss Panglao & Miss Dauis, the last two girls on centerstage during the 2014 Miss Bohol Pageant became close during the pageant. Since both came from the two municipalities that comprise Panglao island, they always went home together after rehearsals. During the pageant, it was amazing also to see the friendly competition between the two towns.

This moment was captured by Nestor B. Daarol right after Miss Tagbilaran was called as 2nd Runner Up. Dauis Mayor Marietta Sumaylo & Panglao Mayor Nila Montero who were also there to cheer on for their respective bets were seated together.
