I           MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

A.     open to girls between 16 and 22 years old

B.     with minimum of one year residence in represented area

C.      at least 5’ 3” in height

D.     must be single and has not given birth

E.      has fair & smooth complexion (no tattoos)

F.      must not be a national pageant titleholder

G.     no existing sponsorship/ endorsement deals with other cosmetic brands

H.     parental consent needed for contestants below 18 years old
