This is where poise, class, elegance and fashion flair are being judged
The choice of evening gown can also make or break one's chances especially that one can only do so much when wearing a headscratcher for a gown
Anyway, here are my favorites in the Evening Gown Competition round during the 2013 Miss Universe Presentation Show held at Crocus City Hall, Moscow, Russia yesterday
