When Paulene Quinal, 19 years old was crowned Miss Balilihan 2014 during the town’s 186th Sumad or Founding Anniversary, she was immediately pegged as a contender for the 2015 Miss Bohol crown. Blessed with a pretty face, smooth complexion, level- headedness & above average scholastic records, Paulene just might pull the rug from the perceived frontrunners.

So what are Paulene’s immediate plans after Miss Bohol 2015?
“I guess I will continue pursuing my entrepreneurial plans. My My BS Pyschology degree would surely help me especially when dealing with so many people from all walks of life”
For the meantime, I’m enjoying my Miss Bohol 2015 experience. I expect the worst to happen but I’m also hoping for the best”
