Romantic Bohol Beach Wedding for Edison & Sheilou

For Edison Bihag and Ma. Sheilou Gaviola, it was a Date with Destiny.

Who would have known that a chance meeting in Loon, Bohol back in September 7, 2006 would culminate in a romantic beach wedding last Wednesday, September 18, 2013?

ROMANTIC WEDDING BY THE BEACH

With Panglao Mayor Hon. Nila Montero as solemnizing officer, they exchanged their lifetime vows at the beachfront of Linaw Resort in Danao, Panglao before an intimate guest list that included only family and friends.

The mellifluous voice of Kim Gango, the bride's cousin, reverberated throughout the resort as she  sang "A Thousand Years" to signal the start of the ceremony

It was such a magical evening to cap what would have been a rainy and windy beach wedding.

Earlier in the afternoon, the ever- reliable staff of Linaw Resort had already set up the venue for the ceremony and the reception

The Look of Love

Right after the ceremony, the couple hosted a European & Asian fusion- themed dinner for their guests at the  air- conditioned Kasadya Hall.

The reception was supposed to be at the resort's white sandy beaches but when  it became too windy for comfort and convenience, we decided to transfer the reception at the last- minute

When the windy evening started to calm down, everyone headed back to the beach illumined by a full moon and opened the party with a striking and breath- taking Fire Dance Special
