As I correctly predicted as early as the 2013 Bb. Pilipinas Presentation of Candidates, Johanna is destined for greater things and would win in the international beauty pageant she would be sent to represent the Philippines

Win she did and what a spectacular victory!

Mutya reacts after being named Miss Supranational 2013

She was selected as the 2013 Miss Supranational in a glittering ceremony at the Sports Palace of Minsk in Belarus right at the heart of Europe

Johanna Mutya Datul outclassed more than 80 other candidates and became the first from Asia and the Philippines to win crown from the five year- old pageant that is the fifth most prestigious international pageant after Miss Universe, Miss World, Miss Earth and Miss International 

She had already won the “Miss Personality” award and was always one of the big favorites for the title.

Year 2013 is definitely a good year for the Philippines in pageantry

We started the year with the Miss International Tourism victory of Rizzini Gomez in Malaysia followed by Mutya's victory

Megan Young is next in Miss World followed by Bea Santiago in Miss International, Angelee de los Reyes in Miss Earth and finally Ara Arida in Miss Universe
